And mortars, and ghostings and light vehicles like a T70, Stuart etc which still is a thing. But it's a shame relic just drop that idea

For the time being, the absence of a bazooka on the m20 allows you to upgrade elite vehicle crews on that vehicle.
Penals AT satchel deals heavy engine damage if the tank falls below 10% health. For the heaviest vehicles (i.e., KT), 10% equals 128 health, which is basically one schreck shot. This crit thing was added for the first iteration of the AT satchel (at v1.2), where it was near impossible to hit anything with the satchel, and Penals only got 2 PTRS.
Problem is that with hammer all you need is Comet, nothing else.
With anvil, you won't live long spamming Churchills. You need to combine them with Firefly.
So here is a question.
Do you prefer 2 Comets or 1 Churchill and 1 Firefly?
Churchill is just damage-sponge which needs something hard-hitting.
Comet does everything on its own.
I belive that small armor buff (so it has quite good chance of bouncing pak40) and AI buff would suit very well.
Right now it's a great tool to help axis' paks and panthers vet quite fast huh...
