And what is funny is, its NOT battleservers, its something within the game client itself that fucks stuff up.

In that interview we had here with questions from staff to Quin Duffy (yes, it was a long time ago) I asked if commander redesign was a possibility and the answer was yeah. I'm not saying they are going to, and I doubt it, but what is your source where they said no.
This game is and always will be a second rate RTS with the fucktarded doctrine design. The newer diverse ones are fine, the original and DCE ones need to be scratched completely and redone because they are complete dogshit and I'm not going to pull any punches.
I also remember them saying no during one of QA sessions, can't remember if it was stream one or reddit one, but I'm 100% positive they have confirmed they will not alter old commanders in any other way then adjusting effectiveness or existing abilities. |

Launch the game, pick USF, get in game and start building.
Look at all the amazing openings USF have compared to any other army.
Players spam rifles, because the faction is designed around spaming rifles, you have no other alternative. |
Theoretically,yes, practically - no. I did pop vet3 vehicle crew from one jackson to another, and new Jackson gained only 1 stripe of vet.
Vet3 crew is no inducator of vehicle exp.
In M20 it can be 3 stars worth of exp, but in sherman it will be just one.
Vet3 crew does not mean vet3 vehicle.
Not, if jackson have 1 star of vet and you switch its crew to other jackson, the switched to will still have 1 star of vet as its the same vehicle and the same exp amount on crew. |
The difference between M3 and Jeep is that you need a building to get an M3 then you have to wait for an M3 to build. The USF can get a jeep at 0 CP with no wait. Get 1 or 2 rifles then a jeep. If you have no OKW mate then you're in for a hell of a beating. You will probably survive it due to your preservation but its best to fast tech to an AT Gun as wehr.
Even with that, dodge TRUCK arrives a bit later then M3.
US needs to acumulate 20 fuel to get it, soviets only 5. |

I feel like USF vehicles just have this ridiculous independence because they can self-repair on the cheap.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was riskier. Maybe make the vehicles easier to decrew or something. Right now there's not a whole lot of risk involved.
Well, if you manage to catch off guard US armor during repairs, you've got yourself a free tank.
Managed to steal a couple of tanks this way, fallshirmjeager paradrop is best for it, but good'ol blitz P4 also one shots repairing crew and leaves the tank. |
