Thread: How do you counter Ostheer sniper as USF?30 May 2016, 15:24 PM Tactical support quad, It kills or makes it STFU, because the quad can reach out and slap him with a burst pretty easily, it has the most range and DPS of any of the early game sniper vehicles, with a blitz ability, obviously unfortunately it's also expensive in muni and is 3cp but were playing USF here, you gotta man up and deal with it yeah tactical support is #p2w but if you can afford the commander and haven't been completely molested before 3 cp, go Stuart+quad wouldn't go for one without the other though, quad by itself isn't enough as one pakfaust can get it...but with two lights especially you can take on 222, outmaneuver paks with wide flanks, maybe eat a couple fausts during a well orchestrated assault and force him to retreat the sniper which then gives your rifles free reign, or lose his paks/teamweapons, which means you have some mgs and a pak for Uncle Sam. if you're lucky all of that will fall right there, then its gg But beware especially if you're 1v1 you will see mobile defense, stooge with the callin spam.. Both make this hard to pull off as the game drags.. but you do have about a 2-4 CP window with your Quad Stuart before the callin spam with Pumas, command tanks, stug Es, takes over god speed. Also Pretend you are Devm and If all else fails just quit USF and play Brits and learn to counter snipe/ buy mobile assault and spam commandos out of houses ;') In: US Forces Strategies

Thread: Double Stuart into Pershing30 May 2016, 08:21 AM cool strat. tried it vs Brad in one of my older replays(triple Stuart) and also used it from time to time in 2v2 but not with Pershing yet, but with M10s and armor company, it's a great way to get 2 early Thompson crew squads... Call me crazy Works best vs ostheer to really Avalanche your light vehicle rifle blob advantage. They have to get like a pgren shrek squad to properly counter before they get the CP or t3 tech, or they just get steamrolled if you do it right. Vs OKW though they can just pump out too many shreks and in turn, it ends up making your Stuart's way harder to use than they should be, makes them borderline useless as its a lot of resources and delayed techtied into them to each be countered by one shrek squad being in the vicinity.. I think this will be the new meta when OKW loses the shreks and shermans loose their crush ..but it depends.. do the relic preview sturms get shreks or Is that mirages mod only.. Thread: I need some help and tips, can someone review?29 May 2016, 04:19 AM hey i know you wanted a full analysis and all... but I think you're way too green for information overload. especially after figuring out who you are...less than 10 MP games total, you're killin yourself starting in 1v1 so fast. Dontknow gave you a reply on your replay itself mentioning that you should watch some of these tips of the week/starter series videos. I wanna add onto that by saying you should watch ALL of those, and then apply all of it vs increasingly difficult levels of AI in skirmish for 20-30 games, and THEN play multiplayer. from there i would start with 2v2,3v3, or 4v4 as its much more simplified than 1v1 and allows you to gain a bit more confidence vs human players and the type of gameplay and tactics you should expect from them. THEN you should jump into 1v1 and see where you're at.. But just jumping right into automatch 1v1 is tough for anybody that is new to coh2, or the coh series overall, or even to the RTS genre in general. You're just gonna get eaten alive over and over again by more experienced players and cheesy macaroni tactics until you understand the basics fully, where you can then counter the more advanced stuff... its just brutal for a newb. Feel free to continue asking questions in the state office about things, but regarding replay review I think you should just develop your basics as a player a bit more, i hope you understand and dont take what im saying too harshly In: Replay Reviews
