I like it alot. Maps with alot of shotblockers like stalingrad,La Gleize 1v1,and Ettelbruck arent good for these guns because it does that stupid high arc shot. But open maps like Minsk,Kharkov,Crossing in the woods,Vaux farmlands,angoville...maps that allow the direct fire mode to be utilized.. are purely amazing for the LEIG and pack howitzer. Or should the LeIG just focus on firing inf and then move away after each barrage? 120mm is one of those "watch out" units. Do not try to counterfire unless you have a direct bee line to the 120. If your LEIG is forced to fire in that weird mortar like arc then don't engage a 120mm. Try to keep it in a range where it can still direct fire but it can also avoid fire from the 120. See a doctor or get some sleep. Anyway In almost 2.5k hours of gameplay I've never felt my superior opponent was map hacking.it never crossed my mind. And the one time I did feel like "damn there's no way he knows this attack is coming or where my tank is" I realized he was using spotting scopes in some shit doctrine( I uploaded the replay,vs Mantis Mantis if anyone else has had the same experience with this guy) Edit but that replay is like a patch old In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Tired of getting idiots in 95% in 2v2 games. 24 May 2015, 23:25 PM I understand your pain in a way, I cant even play random Ostheer/Soviet 2v2 + anymore. Combine Rank decay with the large amount of VCoh2 faction players...and ill never rise above rank 3,000 in those modes...which means Ill ALWAYS have an "undesirable" teammate. best thing you can do is go extreme tryhard in your first few Random games before your rank plummets too low. And if it does...only thing you can do is try another faction or play AT. In: COH2 Gameplay

It actually makes perfect sense that people get upset over a bad officating call in sports,and upset over bad RNG. they're basically the same thing. Some thing you cant control ruining your hobby..whether its watching sports,playing sports,watching COh2,playing coh2. Coh2 is no different than a typical hobby,really. and people tend to take their hobbies seriously. At least people I know. But then on the flipside if you take the referees out of the mix,the game will become out of control and will transform into a totally different game that you probably wont be a fan of. If you take RNG out completely,the game will be so controlled that it wont be COH anymore,and you wont be a fan anymore. In: COH2 Gameplay

That is why you can have support weapons with extra vision (PIo/Pathfinders) or camo (OH). To clarify, a vet3 conscript won't retain it's veterancy buffs because those are squad specific but anything from the unit itself will ("Me thinks" RA, armor, DPS, reinforce cost). Well if veterancy based received accuracy doesnt switch over why would the initial received accuracy? putting a conscript in a guard squad would make it horribly worse then because that 1.087 conscript received accuracy at vet 0(assuming the original conscript entity veterancy doesnt transfer) would make the guards,no matter their veterancy,into vet 0 conscripts when merged enough..which isnt the case. Basically Received accuracy is squad specific like veterancy because received accuracy changes with veterancy.... In: COH2 Gameplay
