Well, it reloads faster and can't be skillplaned because allies have just a single doc with recon and bombing run.
I'd call that incomparable survivability advantage as its pretty much uncounterable if you're not going for this single ISU doc.
Question : Does stuka zu fuss can kill a 100% health ML-20 ?
if not, OKW is in real trouble against ML-20
LeFh can rape bases now....fire at the base when you see him retreating infantry and you will hit something...don't expect it to hit everything you want and it will work as intended
ML-20 does that 100% better |
This is only the case in Soviet vs Wehrmacht. The WFA have completely offset this balance.
"Only" volks (5) and Fusiliers (6) break the rules |
Welcome to "soviet mortar" world.
Enjoy your stay, because thing will change.
Even if i'am agree the OST mortar is better, the Sov mortar still have:
- Better survivability
- Better precision
- Attacking less entities per squads ( if we forget fusiliers )
LeFH have 0 advantage compared to ML-20

I used it today and I think its fine, sorry Alex

Hey OP, what do you think about it now? You know, after hearing everyone's opinion..
Are you asking a question to someone banned everyday ? xD |
My usual build order goes:
1. MG42 X2
2. Gren
3. Mortar against SU, Sniper against USF
4. Hazy here, mostly floating MP as I wait for T2. I often tend to build a bunker or two during this period, though if my enemy has mortars I'll just get another Gren.
5. T2
6. Halftrack
7. Pgren and AT Gun, order depending on how the match is going.
8. I like to go Mobile Defense, so now I get Ostruppen to harass the shit out of the map.
9. T3
10. Ostwind
11. PzIV
Map control is rarely a problem, especially with the HT to ferry units around, as long as my central position is well placed. Once the Ostruppen come in things get even easier. I often face hordes of units coming from multiple directions, all bigger than my army, but there's nothing a good prepared position can't beat.
And if a T-70 isn't close enough to faust, then it isn't close enough to dodge my AT either.
Only 1 gren, good luck fausting something actually ...
With which unit are you taking map control, lonely gren or the pio ? |
Ehhhhhh, while I enjoy the use of demos on a daily basis having them used against me can be lethal if done properly. While having a sweeper at all times is helpful it cannot save the day for squads halfway across the map unless you get more than one sweeper squad, which while semi-cheap really hinders the mp you want to use for something else. I feel it would be better to set demos for only buildings and objects of strategic use.
Nowadays its 90% of the time used as a beefy mines, that was not the purpose of demo's
|
Reason was*:
-Increased repair rate
-Allowing them to switch
*Which was still stupid.
And the reason for "increase sight range" bulletins for static Arty pieces ? a brain bug, is a bug /SarcasmOff |
I was in the alpha, it wasn't a bug, it was a buff.
Your second point is irrelevant, you DONT need to disarm. Just fire at the demo.
- There was 0 reason why sweeper range should have less range
- They added the "target demo", before you had to ground target with tanks, or hope a grenade /flamer will explode them
