Back then both the AEC and the Stuart had better AI capabilities, therefore it was a good option against all 3 factions. Nowadays i would say it would be an over reaction unless playing against soviets. -Play to win. Hyper aggressive T2 play with lots of light vehicles. 222s and FHT. Even if they wouldn't have, you could simply have the pfaust projectile replaced by a nade. Same ability, different animation, equal outcome. If you are so confident that it can be done and that it will work. Do it. Make the game better for all of us. Making a mod has infinite more chances of seeing a change implemented than just saying "make this and it will work". In: COH2 Balance

Scott should be viable when using the barrage which atm only the smoke is fine (i wouldn't mind if smoke basically had no cd at all). Pack Howie should be better as a barrage unit when the USF has both the mortar and Scott as direct fire units. So you are not forced to get Priest/CalliOP if you want to dislodge heavy entrenched positions in teamgames as USF. It's also stupid how the unit becomes irrelevant if the is able to afford an early Stuka. In: COH2 Balance

They removed from EFA the shadow which you could see through FoW at the beginning of the game on buildings so you would know which type of opening you would be facing, but if you don't have anything to do, you can check the enemy base to see if they are getting any tier. If it takes another preview to implement a patch it's not crazy to expect anything that doesn't require stat changes to appear in the next year. In: COH2 Balance

Increased with barrage (which is kinda bad hence the change). The unit would be bananas if it arrive at the same or similar timing as other light vehicles. The current performance is only justified because it's on the Major tech. Pack Howie performance was in line when all other indirect fire automatic weapons (mortars) were strong (in afk mode). Once all those got nerf, Pack Howie was an outliner and just received a nerf in the wrong direction (survivability nerf) and barely adjusting the scatter to be closer to that of the 120mm.
