But the ways to counter it are not close. The AA HT costs less, has less pop and comes earlier + it is also a defensive unit so you could put it in the back. The 222 which comes at around the same time is no where nearly as consistent. And Ostwind comes far later and without vet is not as consistent + both of them are not defensive units. In terms of pintles both OST and AEF have that option so you cant bring pintles as deciding factor. USG also has doctrinal m5 as well. In: COH2 Balance

The Ostwind comes later occupies more pop and is not a defensive unit. And if you wanna bring up pintle well AEF has no shortage pintle either. In: COH2 Balance

And it's available in several docs (Blitzm Lightning war, Jaeger Infantry). The IL2 loiter should be at least in 2 commanders. In: COH2 Balance

I thought the rework has already made this like a top pick for certain modes. It's a premium medium + shocks + off map which is just an amazing set of abilities. Imo the commander is fine post rework. But Armor vehicle detection really doesn't fit the theme or assist in what it trying to do. I mean every ability in Guard Motor is strong or useful(T34/85 strong, guards strong, mortar useful, mark vehicle strong, self repair strong). I don't see a problem if shock army had all good abelites. In: COH2 Balance
