The current pak howi has a huge AoE profile but with terrible scatter. This leads to extra frustration for the opponent and the user, depending on who the RNG gods favor. They could've just toned down the AoE profile a bit, kept the old scatter and lowered the price to compensate, but I'd guess that would've brought it to close to the M1 Mortar in terms of role. I was refer to the recrewable part, tho. In: COH2 Balance

Just decrewing it once is not enough. Can't really ignore it either, I've found, (usually ends with me getting base barraged by HEAT shells and all my MG's getting confiscated by Riflemen ) I think multiple mortars/leigs work decent enough against it. Just expensive and of extremely limited use. Agree, railway sometimes cant reliably destroy a braced emplacement. Have you tried to counter P47 Recon loiter with AA? I have countless of game where my team cant touch arty in near enemies base sector whith any kind of recon we have. If they invest enough in AA, any recon loiter will be down in a couple of sec and with that little of a window, a recon-callin combo require precise teamwork. Meanwhile, with OKW's flare, such a combo is much easier, you can take the time since the flare last for quite long and wont go anywhere. In: Lobby

"Assault" from commando regiment, but isn't a specific location recon and will be a waste if use for recon only. In: Lobby
