Thread: Reduce the damage of PTRS against all vehicles.7 May 2019, 01:02 AM I do agree that ptrs penals are disgusting and the fact they just chase after tanks that get stuck due to poor pathing to throw magic satchels of stalinium is a joke. However, in realiy, the PTRS you penetrate even the rear armour of Panthers, causing the addition of armour skirts in the Ausf. A model. Perhaps a more realistic approach to ptrs shots in causing possible issues to the tank if they don’t penetrate (ex 10% chance to blind tank for 3 seconds if front shot doesn’t pen) and doing away with deflection damage would be preferable. People don’t like rng though, so the current system will probably remain. In: COH2 Balance

OKW HQ already looks like DoW2 HQ. Put the 81mm mortar from the game files into T0 for okw, so that they have an actual mortar. Transform the leig into something useful. Thread: Maxim change ideas5 May 2019, 20:15 PM Replace Maxim in T2 with Dshka. Raise Dshka price to 320mp. Give maxims their old set up time and increasen stats of its crew to make them useful in battle. Place them in selected few offensive doctrines where they can be used as an offensive machine gun. Raise cost to 320mp and reinforce cost by 2-5mp. In: COH2 Balance

I just want the 100 pop cap enforced. Yesterday we played a 3v3 with my friends on Fields of winnekendonk. Every player in the game accumulated massive resources by the 40min mark, but the usf player was able to make 4 Jacksons on top of his army and vehicles and destroyed all of us with an armoured push. If I was able to do the same, I would have utilized my resources and done something similar, yet only he was afforded the opportunity to do so. In my view this is not unique gameplay, it is an exploit. This is an issue that I want addressed. Nothing more. I’m not ranting because I somehow hate usf or whatever. In: COH2 Balance

I understand that, but every time I propose something I get told that a 6man mg can’t be too good. When I suggest it gets reduced to 5 or 4 men, I get told that 6 men are there to compensate for the deathloop. Apparently either solve the deathloop or the maxim remains useless. In: COH2 Balance

Things to address: Veterancy: The unit needs some form of offensive veterancy to help it engage targets later on. Few, if any other vehicles have 0 bonuses to either reload, or penetration. While the Comet does get accuracy, its firepower for the most part is the same from stock to veterancy 3. One might count on the auto-grenades as a substitute, but then you're getting in close and it doesn't help vs most vehicles that the Comet will engage. Moving Accuracy: With the current state, I don't think returning its 0.75 moving accuracy would be terrible to emphasize its status as a mobile tank as that's its whole point. What if it fired “special rounds” that did more damage to rear armour? You’d promote mobile gameplay and flanking, without the buffs that would make it op. There’s already something similar with the KV1 received damage modifier. In: COH2 Balance
