I mean, if the volume of fire you receive under cover is not decreasing and you can't snip out of protection, that's the definition of pinned down. In: COH2 Balance

If a tank with a turret shoots while the hull is rotating, is that considered "moving"? If a turretless vehicle, like an SU-76 shoots while rotating, is that considered moving? I don't know for certain but it would make some sense. Moving can be though as traverse and rotation since both make the tracks/wheels move and the small bumps in the floor would transfer to the hull hence accuracy decreases and it should be harder to aim. If someone understands the game engine better and knows please do tell us. It's kind of problematic for turretless tanks but I think they stop at the moment their target gets in the firing cone. Iirc that shouldn't be a big issue. In: COH2 Balance

It's stronger in 1v1s, where every point you control is auto-armed the moment you select the Commander. So does radio intercept I'll do us a favour. Say what you want without rodeos. Goliaths and flares should never have been bundled. I think the sight radius should be reduced so it only shows you five metres around the point. Then it serves its original purpose as a warning that Goliaths have been selected. True that. Is that what you think? You went from "l2p" to approving of a nerf, so clearly you're here just to argue with me... Make a thread about radio intercept if you think it's better. Third time in a single thread you go personal. Facts != person != other person agreeing. I don't want to say that only childish discussions devolve into personal level. I just pointed out your logic is not accurate and you don't like it. Radio intercept ends up being your worst enemy now that you (want to) attack 'free' upgrade abilities, because it's far more useful thN the flares implementation, yet you don't complaint about it. IMO, it's the timing of Bolster that should've been looked at, instead of the UC. There are however still good reasons to choose the Vickers: - 15 munitions cheaper than WASP. - Soft counter to light vehicles like the Kubel, 221/223, 250. - Turns it into a mobile suppression platform for 10 muni, great for kiting squads that want to faust. - Far longer range (allow UC to stay more safe). - Better against moving squads. - Similar performance against squads in the open at vet 0, better once it gets vet 2 (accuracy bonus). Ofcourse the trade-off is worse performance against cover. +1 UC Vickers behind tech was weird In: COH2 Balance
