I think USF is going to be in a really good spot. My only complaint is that the pakhowie change was weird. no nerf to AoE instead it was scatter, and its durability is still poor AF vs stuka zu fuss because 6->5 man in previous patch. That and I wish they had nondoc rocket arty. You simply cannot break heavy entrenched axis players with constant pak howie/scott. You actually need a priest and in 1v1 play that is almost a death sentence. In: COH2 Balance |

Keep it on OKW, not other peoples bias and their post history. As far as the notes go: Think the KT is still not good enough for 1v1 play, but maybe it doesn't need to be. Maybe it needs to be like the JT/Ele where 99% of its use is in teamgames. It's finally great to see miragefla's tech split finally being incoorporated to the schwer HQ. Although I still do not like how obers need an active (not destroyed) fully upgraded panzer HQ. It's fine to lock it initially, but if you lose the HQ you can no longer upgrade obers. It makes them become an overexpensive grenadier squad. In: COH2 Balance |

My post here: Comet isn't good enough in the mod. 185F for a medicore tank when the Churchill is fantastic at 165 makes it really one sided. Drop the armor on the comet from 290 and buff from there. It doesn't need to bounce shells when it isn't lethal. The churchill is there to tank hits and it's much better at it. is about the 1.3 comet just so everyone knows. In: COH2 Balance |

Against OKW I would say move your m3 up 1 unit so it goes penal m3 penal penal tech. You want as much time with the clown car as you can get since OKW has no fausts early. Faster flamer engineers in the clown car the better as well. Against OST I personally abandon penals and go conscripts since they trade well enough with grens early and get the 7 man upgrade later. I find penals are a bit awkward vs grens since their high damage rifles often pick a model before penals can close to mid which really hampers their high cost DPS. Plus the LMGs later really punish penals. I'd say diversify by building a maxim to support penals. They may be subpar now but are getting a slight buff in the mod. Futhermore if you want different commanders try some shock rifle or armored assualt(?). The one with 34/85s, radio intercept and IS2. Shock rifle gives you the very strong shock troopers which complement the mid/long range of penals very nicely, and the PTRS penals cover the shock troopers with AT. IS2 currently is a very nice tank and if the mod were to go live right now, the IS2 would be king of the new meta. Although new changes coming up so may want to look out for that. The "mid range" is just a value which determines how fast a units accuracy/damage/aoe etc scale up from far/close range. The mid "threshold" doesn't perticularly matter since the range scales up linearly instead of crossing a certain value and getting a massive powerspike. So essentially because range scales up/down based on distance linearly. As for the PPSHs, there are certain range points where weapons deal ideal DPS, however that is typically something that must be learned ingame by understanding ranges. For reference a standard sandbag is 5m in length. Although the model is slightly longer than 5m, it is still a good refernce. Standard LoS for infantry is 35 which is also a good reference point.
