Like the M3 Scout Car, JLI, M20, Puma or the 222. Snipers have 45 default sight range because otherwise they'd be able to self spot at max distance from the get go. Then this is definitely a bug. Try this out. On vilshanka, have an hmg cover the south cutoff, and get a pathfinder in green cover on near the church. You will spot that hmg through the fog, this is intended? In: COH2 Balance

Remember how the usf mortar had a unit spotting bug? It's the same now. I know it's a scouting unit! so is the sniper, scout car or t70 and they don't just "spot" units at miles distance, the maximum sight increase you get is 25% from a vet 3 T70? In: COH2 Balance

Everytime I play against one of these guys I'm getting paranoid as though whether or not he is maphacking. They keep uncovering all my unit placement, they just "happen to know" when or when I'm not in cover. It keeps happening everytime, it's getting on my nerves, the pathfinder is miles away from my unit and can already see through my cover. In: COH2 Balance

It's not, it still attacks the base, the arty lasts forever, and as long as you can spot an enemy you will obliterate anything he throws at you. I literally saved up to 900 muni in my last game to spam this, even thought i was sitting at only 30 CP until I lost, I just kept throwing sector assault at him, and he eventually lost all his units (including 2 t3485). You would have to be mentally challenged to think there is anything fine with this. Best advice: don't waste your ammo else where, SAVE EVERYTHING for the sector assault, you will get tremendous adantage over the opponent. In: COH2 Gameplay
