That is inaccurate it does heal Airborne Rally Point Available at 2 Command Points Costs 100 manpower and 15 fuel. Reveals enemies on the mini-map in 60m area around it. Can reinforce units in friendly territory Can request a Medical Airdrop at the target position for 20 munitions. Heals all nearby infantry when picked up. When the Mechanized Armor Kampaneya is deployed, it can act as a Forward Retreat Point; only 1 can function as a Forward Retreat Point at a time. 320 Health, 5 armor. The whole argument that Ostheer have an advantage because of "more" healing option hold little water. One of the best healing option remain available to Tommies. In: COH2 Balance

What do you think of the other suggestions? Imo 4 men squads lose too much DPS when they have the same weapon so I wouldn't go for 4 FG42 in 4 men squads. 340 MP cost is rather high for my test and would rather balance them in a lower Power level or have the cost moved to MU in the upgrade. As I have already mentioned I would rather have them redesigned so they do not overlap with obers. There plenty of units they can be modeled after like: SMG Paras LMG Paras AT Paras Stormtroopers Rangers Commandos In: COH2 Balance

Penals.. eh, ok, they get a combat bonus, but that's still not as impact as the bonus on Volks. Volks turn from mostly equal to Cons/Rifles to superior against them. Meanwhile, Penals are already superior to their contemporaries, but you atleast have a higher number of squads to work with as Axis. In any case, it would be a bad idea to give Riflemen a combat buff at vet 1, because it has shown to be a bad idea with Volks. It would put Ostheer in an even tougher spot early on. No that is inaccurate, Conscript get both tripwire and RA: Veterancy 1 now grants 0.92 received accuracy Veterancy 2 +25% Molotov range replaced by faster Molotov throw speed Veterancy 3 now grants +10% accuracy modifier Veterancy 3 Received accuracy from 0.6 to 0.707 and yes there is little reason to give riflemen a vet 1 combat bonus. Who uses a centaur vs anything larger than a puma :/ So far people including OP where talking about ostwind vs vehicles in which cases Ostwind is rather bad when moving. Centaur on the other hand can hit and penetrate vehicles up to light tanks. In: COH2 Gameplay

The difference between the 2 is the centaur moves at the pace of a KT and the ostwind doesn't. That information is incorrect: Accuracy Centaur is: Accuracy near 0.675 Accuracy mid 0.618 Accuracy far 0.56 so centaur will always hit vehicles on the move while ostwind not only will not score hits it will also not score collision hits. For no apparent reason, Volks are the only mainlines that get a combat bonus at vet 1. That is inaccurate. Conscripts (and Penal both) get vet 1 combat bonuses (via passive ability), several other units also. In: COH2 Balance

I am just trying to explain Relic/balance teams reasoning. I have no particular attachment to any idea about falls I see little reasoning. The unit was initially design as an infiltration unit that was was then changed into an airdropped unit without actually being redesign and thus currently has an identity crisis. It should simply get a role (airdropped, infiltration, mainline, elite,...)and be properly designed around that role. Further more VG combat bonuses are not that impressive either. In: COH2 Balance

It can but there is no reason it should be. CP and tech is reserved for Super heavies and the C.PzIV simply does not qualify. Units like KV-8 already get only tech restrictions and an aura.
