Maybe the regular commandos dont have it by accident? EDIT Just checked, they both have it. It's right next to the hold fire button http://prntscr.com/pvjv1s Yea you are right, now I remembered I saw it in game but did not see it in the patch notes but got confused and thought it was the other way round. Imagine you build a mortar emplacement and it gets countered by an enemy mortar: Scenario A: Mortar is not garrisoned and has bad stats --> Loose Scenario B: Mortar is garrisoned but since it can not move they enemy mortar will now hit the mortar and the garrisoned squad inside as well --> this is the jackpot for the enemy mortar The damage to garrisoned troops can be adjusted... One could even increase the interaction between emplacement and garrisoned troops by removing XP gain for emplacement and using vet bonuses from the infatry similar to USF tanks. In return the infatry could share small amount from XP gained from damage done from the emplacement. In: Lobby

And Panther is rather exceptional as there is no medium able to contest it, TDs are very much meant to fight and counter panther. Pls decide what you want to say because you simply are contradicting yourself with each sentence: "Tank destroyers are not meant to fight tank destroyers" "however JP4 just so happens to be a hard counter to all allied TDs" "I didn't say its uncommon to happen, I've said that's not how this is supposed to work." "TDs are very much meant to fight and counter panther." In a similar way they Allied TDs are "meant" to counter the Panther, JP is "meant" to counter allied TDs, there is nothing unique about it. Why irrelevant? Balance should be of faction perspective. If you tone down emplacements, which is british style team weapons, you need to tweak their mainline.
