They can swiss cheese any axis tank out there frontally & effortlessly except for JP4 and Ele/JT. Panthers haven't been an issue since 2017 or so. In: COH2 Gameplay

It doesn't change firing positions, there was no reason to use CB against the B4/ML20 CB had an improved AOE damage profile that meant that the target gun was more likely to have crew knocked out in a hit rather than crew injured, and fewer hits overall to take the gun itself out. In any case with enough tanks it doesn't matter how many mines you have after a point as you won't even keep the muni points or VPs or do anything except sit in your HQ. You kill 6 tanks thinking you've broken their back and there's another 8 waiting for you in a couple of minutes. And another 8 until you have no army left. Their inf force is still intact this whole time mind you. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Fuel or Ammo first?21 Jun 2021, 11:54 AM Won't matter how many muni (and to a lesser extent VPs) you have if you're drowning in tanks. I see people make this mistake on Steppes all the time and usually the fuel advantage team eventually is just too much. Takes a series of miracles to beat an enemy when they have 2 or 3-1 armor advantage. In: COH2 Gameplay

Just think, this is actual micro! You may find that the overall lethality has gone up when they use it against your army directly instead of scatters off from targeting light arty, I know I have been using it so. EDIT: Ran into a triple NSO premade running just B-4s and you could not advance one bit at all without losing squads. Weapons teams, armour, LEFH (vaporised), infantry all destroyed trying to close the distance. Got close once but they were just spamming them out. It's frankly cancerous. I just left rather than try to deal with such unpleasantness after the 6th unit destroyed. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: sandbag behind flag is awful mechanic.20 Jun 2021, 11:39 AM OKW kinda need sandbags to not be walked over by Allied mainlines, UKF sort of similar in that regard though they have T0 Vickers...many times keeping the flag/point would have been completely impossible early game without sandbags. In any case the build time nerf already heavily reduced the amount of sandbags you'd see. If they've had long enough to build a sandbag up, they could have put several mines down in that time as a 'surprise' or other nastiness. In: COH2 Balance
