Guess it is matter of opinion, the thing is 250/lmg gren have little utility since one can easily built the grens. On the other hand calling in Stormtroopers would give access to an exotic unit making it a bit more appealing... In: COH2 Bugs

All you want is to nerf the calliope and leave the other rocket artillery alone. Fair? No, I think not. PLS don't tell me want I want to do. Calliope might or might not overperform if it is overperforming it should be nerfed if it is not it should be left alone. Same goes for other artillery but by tying a nerf to one with the nerf to others, you simply confusing the issue. In: COH2 Balance

In fact I wonder if any other changes were forgotten since then. They also don't get penalty when building and under fire, if I remember correctly... Imo it would allot better if instead of grenadiers one got stormtroopers...Would make the ability more appealing... [to take a bit further and if 250 could be upgraded with spotting scope...even further and gain veterancy (share with occupants? get a gun?)] In: COH2 Bugs

My solution: Nerf/buff all rocket artillery to be the same as Katyusha... And do the same with all units and the rename the game from COH2 to Age of Empires II... In return, both stuka and pwerfer one shot katy and pwerfer have a good chance to one shot priest and suxton. Most rocket artillery has low penetration but does deflection damage so the AT prowess is related mostly number of rockets that hit. Most rocket artillery will kill each other with barrage so there little relevance in your second point...Calliope on the other hand, has good chance of surviving most barrages... In: COH2 Balance

Basic difference stock units/call-in. And the problem as I have pointed it has to do with bypassing of upkeep and with transfer to other players...not the overall performance... In addition I would not object to limit to katy , weffer and stuka if there was actually a need for it... In: COH2 Balance

The question is then that is this counter "balanced". If the counter has more around 4.5 the cost...no. As I said the exact same counter against a bofors and a vickers which still cost less than half will fail...
