UKF mortar emplacement barrage bug (+mortar inconsistency)

The UKF mortar emplacement contains two mortars. If I am reading the values correctly, the two mortars use different stats.

1. Mortar TWO has higher aim time than Mortar ONE (looks intended/just checking)


2. The near AoE radius for Mortar TWO becomes shorter when it the emplacement is barraging (definitely a bug)


3. The OST mortar (gr34) has no Trench cover damage/accuracy multiplier (oversight?)

(I am not sure why the game requires uses different values for garrison cover and trench cover. I can only suspect this is because units in a trench tend to be more bunched up.)


Because the bonuses from garrison house, garrison vehicle and garrison trench are different...
