Thread: Royal Engineers are broken20 Mar 2016, 13:57 PM The problem with Ro.E. as with other engineer type units that can substitute mainline infantry is that they have way too much utility. Picking up weapons allow them to fight gain veterancy and repair/ built too fast allowing tank to return to the front line too fast. Weapon and minesweeper should be mutual exclusives (like flamers) with with engineer type unit starting with less repair speed but getting more when upgraded with minesweepers. Engineer should be either combat oriented or fighting oriented but not excel in both. In: COH2 Balance

Even if one forgets the fact the fact that they are extremely cheap their vet ability is bugged and it is providing them with a huge bonus... Thread: M-42 vs other light AT.16 Mar 2016, 18:17 PM I find it rather amusing, that people who constantly have repeated that history does not apply to coh2 not even slightly would make historic arguments themselves. On topic I find performing M-42 cost effectively it fires fast, it turns fast and it is very cheap. Comparing to Guards and HMG is not very helpful since it is cheaper than those units and has more range. The commanders that is is available though are situational... In: COH2 Balance

Shocktroopers are useless until close range. LMG grens are most effective at long range. Exactly, you said it your self when comparing 2 units distance will give you different result so it does not really mean much... They are T4 after all. Why doesn't my T4 T34-76 beat P4? It's T4 vs T3? Just because a unit is in a different tier does NOT justify that it should win 1 vs 2 units. For the 3 time I never claimed that PG should win 2vs1...stop putting words in my mouth... It pretty normal that PG can win a medium range vs riflemen with 2 bars. It is the optimal range to use PG, and does not mean much. Equally normal is the the fact that a riflemen with 1 LMG will probably win a PG if both in cover and at far distance. I did not say they should lose I said PG lost 4 models and Riflemen 1... Comparison and video like this are a bit pointless. Pg are a T2 with a tech/building cost while riflemen are T0... I have explained what the problems that PGs have imo in my previous post...if you to comment on something comment on that pls... In: COH2 Balance
