What Allies have? 1 useful doctrine with IS2, 2 doctrines with ISU which no one uses right now, RNG Jackson and shitty zooks. Pak40 is a way better than ZiS. So Allies have worse AT option and yet have to face better tanks. I checked your playercard and saw that you should not talk about balance, sorry. Listen to higher skilled players. Ask for example ciez, who plays both sides in 2v2 AT. In: COH2 Balance

It is slow as fuck, especially the turret, and costs a fortune+ teching costs. It is basically a slower Is2 with a better gun. Also Axis units do NOT have that much more penetration. As I said 10 more on the ATG, but a lot less on the tiger compared to IS2. Try Elephant yourself. It is pretty bad since its like a mobile pak43 that costs a lot of fuel and is too slow, especial rotating. OKW has a crappy atgun. Only problem is the shreckblob lategame here. Pak43 is easily countered by offmap, so this is utter bullshit. Panther has weak AI while IS2 is an allrounder. Stop being biased and play both factions and you will understand. In 2v2 and up Allies have the upper hand in higher skilled dimensions. I agree that axis are easier to a move than allies, but if you can not micro your jacksons with is2s in front then you suck ,sorry. In: COH2 Balance

Play as Soviet, against heavy tanks is impossibility to counteract them, most people going surrender. Kt has 400 armor. Is 2 375. So what exactly did you try to say there? In: COH2 Balance

And like any superheavy surrounds with mediums owns it. In OKW's case if he hard tech's to it (Some OKW's do this) hes spending 504 effective fuel. and 1320 manpower. with sov you can almost have 4 t34/76 by that time. Same with USF and Jacksons. This. As Sovjet KT should be hit by mines and then finished with circling mediums ( 85s are good for this), IS2 ( also able to outrun KTs turret) , ISU or even su85 +arty. As USF try to kite with Jacksons. This is harder , but manageable. Also use m20 mines. Kt costs 260 OKW fuel, which is a shitton and without transfering ammo it is 390 fuel for allies! So it has to be that good. Use its very slow turret speed and general speed to your advantage. Imo the IS2 is far better for cost. 230 fuel for a better tiger with almost kt armor. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Grens vs riflemen20 Dec 2014, 14:48 PM Focus on your cutoff early game and get 2-4 grens with 1-2 mgs supporting them if they try to close in. Problem is the broken m20 which you are only able to counter with a PaK, which needs a lot of teching with which you will fall behind MP wise. On the other side if you survive this early to midgame pressure with the inevitable sherman rush, you have the upper hand with tigers and such. Stug E is very good at AI too for midgame. Just support it with support weapons. Here is a replay of Romeo vs me on crossing in the woods. And the pak40 is better at AT and can get TWP which is great on a big-"slow"- heavy tank. If i push with a Tiger i know that i'm gonna get some models off from the At guns, when rolling with IS2 it's more of a big gamble wether it's gonna hit or not. TWP costs 40 ammo for a target ground ability. Any half decent player that gets shot by a pak moves his IS and it will not hit.It also has a higher aim time than the normal shot. IS2 also gets the models off with target ground. Just use it more and it won't target outer models and miss completely. IS2 is not that slow too, same for tiger. In: COH2 Balance
