British balance - Tommy too strong

Why they are not nerfing the Tommy of the British they are ridiculously strong early game in cover? And getting a scout car or any light tank is useless since they get their AEC like 15 second after you get your car.

Rumors have it Tommies will be nerfed with compensations to other UKF units. In addition, OKW's early game strength will be lowered.

Because in its current state, if you nerf tommies, UKF will be useless as a faction. Tommies are carrying that entire faction. Other things must be tuned first before you nerf tommies...

Yeah, you can't really touch tommies without buffing literally everything else buildable in early game.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

For the 1203014001 time, tommies DO NOT HAVE ANY COVER BONUS, they have OUT OF COVER PENALTY

The problem with the wording is that players who compare the performance (for example on coh2.org or something) see that the Tommies are already good against other infantry, and then "they will become even better when in cover", which is not true.
For all other players the wording is irrelevant.

I can't say much about the way Cruzz extracts his data. But the fact that they get a penalty when out of cover says that the values in the attribute editor are the normal (read: in cover) parameters.
Not sure if Osttruppen get a buff or debuff technically.

For tommies - yes, that's their DPS in cover.
For osttruppen, most certainly NOT for LMG as their LMG in cover should be dealing 75% of what gren LMG does. Their rifle accuracy also seems like it has the value in cover, because they most certainly do not have 50%+ accuracy out of cover, but I'm not vouching for that.

Not following osttruppen much recently but they used to have 25% of intended accuracy and get 300% accuracy multiplier in cover.

Not following osttruppen much recently but they used to have 25% of intended accuracy and get 300% accuracy multiplier in cover.
LMG accuracy works differently.
- Osttruppen carry unique Kars that have different performance compared to Grenadier Kars.
- All weapons Osttruppen hold have a x0,5 accuracy modifier, so these unique Kars too.
- Once in cover, only the Osttruppen Kars will get a 300% accuracy bonus.
- To see the true dps profile of the Osttruppen Kar in cover, add 50% dps to Cruzz's chart for the Osttruppen Kar. Detract 50% of the dps for the performance outside of cover.
- They can upgrade to Grenadier LMG's that will have always have the x0,5 accuracy modifier both in and outside of cover: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsOOdDuRlh4&feature=youtu.be

Ive said this in the past already but a big step into the right direction would be to remove sandbags from Inf sections (and Volks).
This could already be enough to make both units balanced or very close to balanced at least
