Since all this digging is going around I decided to do some digging myself. I found some interesting things that you guys might appreciate.
Looks like there is a "blood splatter" skin that is applied to all vehicles.
I only captured SU but there's skins for all factions.
There is also a Blue skin which could be the "Winter improvised Roman Front" skin.
Only Wehrmacht has these skins as of now.
Just some new faceplates I found.

...are nothing to do with the Rome vs. CoH event. Or at least they shouldn't be. They are historically accurate 'Panzergrau' skins for the Ostheer. It's the default vehicle paintjob that German vehicles and tanks had at the start of the War.
Also, only I will be able to use them. No one else.
