Ostheer definitely has the best lines, even if the delivery might sometimes be a bit off. Not really a fan of either OKW or USF, voted USF for worst because the lines you tend to hear the most are rather annoying from them.

Ostheer's voice acting is the best for me. However some units are atrociously voice acted, like Pioneere who seem to be French rather than German. I would prefer native voices for each army.
The worst is USF voice acting. Only Captain's voice is fine IMO.

yup 3 times, russian was cool for ostheer and soviets (this propaganda accent ftw), german was also cool for both these factions while merican is good only for mericans. I use german version not cuz at least i know some german

But Soviets are awful in German, just awful.
I thing US are to loud and they scream to much.
Othe then that, Germans are ok, so are the soviets. I cant say anything about OKW, havent played them much.

Still today in the US army, there is screaming. Your supposed to address your superiors in a voice tone that is pretty much screaming at them. I am not in the army, but that part of it's culture is well known at least to Americans. A lot of the vets talk really loud all the time as a result.

But no one says it "one hit wipe" or elefant penetration; up to a point i think this little medium tank just have too much health and too much firepower with that fuel cost.

I really wish there was a line for G43 upgrades like the PE: "I want to hear those G43s singing!"
Although I quite like the voice acting in this game, I would probably say I like the Wermacht/Ostheer the most. US is definitely my least favourite

I like the Soviet's voice acting. The accents aren't cliche and they are varied, but I also get a kick of how the Penal squad doesn't care one whiff about his soldiers and the announcer is more preocupied with spewing propaganda or reminding you how expendable the soldiers are than providing useful information. Stuff like ''Soviet HQ now includes a field hospital... but only for those who are seriously wounded!''.
Ostheer are runner ups for how blasé they are. Their winter lines in particular give you the impression these guys would rather be anywhere but where they currently are. Which was probably true of most Germans on the Eastern Front.

That´s because all the tests are in written form. Communication is of course always possible, but it won´t sound nice. At some point I just gave up on the "th".

Or because you can't get voice acting right without native speakers speaking their native languages.
Every impression will sound awkward or lacking this 'something'.

I regret I have to disagree with you on this one, Katitof.
I think it was easily possible for English speakers to become immersed with the Wehrmacht or PE in vCoH, bcs the lines the models spoke were amusing, and by no means a caricature, (though I am aware that some native German-speaking posters did disagree). In fact, if the lines were only pure caricature, I do not think they would have worked as well as they did. And the voice acting was of a very high standard (IMO).
When I consider the Ostheer/OKW on the other hand, the 'magic' seems to have evaporated to a degree. The Ostheer commander, for instance, seems far more harsh and therefore less empathetic, and less immersive. If you were going to argue 'parody', the Ostheer commander seems more prone to this criticism. The voice is harsh, it grates, and so lacks empathy, which (IMO) affects immersion. But that is my point of view, and it is highly subjective, I accept
