Awhile ago they said there was a bug with the unit, so they removed it.
I wish they'd just fix the damn bug and add it back, but that takes effort.

I believe that when Partisans launched, there were a ton of different models/voices/portraits, but they removed a bunch of them because they felt it was too many assets for one unit or something.
