It's an idea. So, you upgrade your soviet HQ with medics - your teammate can use them, right, USA partner upgrades his base with bars/bazookas. Why don't make that weapon racks Available for teammates(maybe just increase muni cost like for USA = 60 munis, for others - 90 munis)

I thought it already was? At least for other USA Team mates. Unless they patched it out.

Feels like if people want to play Allies with a competetive mindset, they choose Soviets. You simply choose USF if you feel like it, not to be competetive. USF honestly feels like the weakest faction out there.

I'm not interested to see shock troops carry bazooka and m1919a6 walking around dealing death and destruction to everything save the tanks.

lol, imagine Conscript squads with duel BAR/Bazooka equip. Nope. Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope.

My biggest problems with the Americans is that if you don't go for the infantry doctrine, Rifleman don't scale into the late game. Like, at all. Especially against the OKW. Also, lack of mines on echelons is frustrating and makes dealing with (super-)heavy armour an extreme pain in the ass.

It could MAYBE work out:

1.Like OP said it should cost more for your allies. (60muni to 90muni for exemple)

2.Work only for the BARs and Zookas. (doctrinal M1919 not available to allies)

USA Player can buy from other USF bases if he researched his own first. If you research BAR's, you'll be able to buy BAR's at any base. If your teammate researched Bazookas but you did not, you will not be able to buy them at any base.

But I would like interchangeable weapon slots on Riflemen. So I can swap out a BAR with a Bazooka if I so desire. Not locking a weapon into the hands of a rifle squad FOEVA. Its a rack. Put down the damn BAR for someone else to take and pickup that ZOOK!

Read carefully, muni price for teammate should be bigger. Noone should spend 4*90 munis to equip shitty con squad.

No, sorry but shared weapon racks would destroy balance in team games.

I removed a post with no substance whose only goal was to insult coh2.org members. Show some restraint, and don't go out of your way to be an antagonist, Arclyte.

they is no balance in team games I gues. it can also make american lease bad in 2vs2.
I don´t think allies will be uber OP in team games if soviet can pick up 1 american weapen from ranks.
