so i wasn't chosen when they closed the forums and chose a few of the more active members to test the game

relic said they won't be using public tests since the notes kept getting leaked, i was a beta tester throughout the game's life but i wasn't involved in playing with the devs enough.

Relic made alpha and Beta stages for CoH2 before release, it's obvious that they will make another alpha and betas before 2 new armies release
yo where's that obvious beta? wasn't it obviously going to happen before release? don't tell me it's going to be a 1 day beta now. was that obvious too?

Its on June 24th. It costs $20 but you get access to the live beta.

I was being sarcastic. They aren't having a beta, obviously. They condenses the whole "Alpha/Beta" notion into just "Alpha."

so instead of an open beta we get an alpha with NDAs. that sounds very encouraging. kinda why i asked the question in the first place. obvious now?

Dude, the purpose of a beta is to receive feedback and improve the program upon that before release. The expansion is going to be released in 2 days, there's no way a beta would make sense now
I totally agree with u dude. No reason to see a beta two days before the official release of the standalone. They have collected enough informations with the alpha.

Look when i posted that post and what date we have now, I'm really disappointed that Relic didn't even started Beta, I thought it's obvious route to release game
