Wow oops. I heard all this talk about being unable to repair base buildings, and I think I tried to get clarification, but I must have misunderstood. Lack of due diligence on my part.

I think that this is bigger for teamgames, as it can allow for team tactics where an enemy can push your base and deal serious, game-winning damage, if left unchecked. But that's prpbably more likely to happen in a really low level game, perhaps.

Coh3 is like a wet fart
There were some warnings of its danger, but we optimistically thought it would be fine so we let it rip...

Speak for yourself lol, when I tried the demo, and I only managed to do it for half an hour, all the warning signs lit up, not knowing exactly what wasn't hooking me to the game. When I switched from Coh1 to Coh2 it was instantaneous, despite the problems I got hooked. After analyzing it a bit, I saw that I didn't like the overall look of the game, meh graphics, lack of zoom out, too much verticality, and mainly too much information over the units, some have five icons on certain occasions. I stayed for Coh2,I have five thousand hours, and honestly I don't see or hear anything that will make me go to Coh3.

CoH 3 is such a trash game. It looks off and it feels off. Whenever i play i am reminded that CoH 2 just felt better. Id rather play against pathfinder spam than whatever that paradrop mg BS is.

Relic agrees. As evidenced by this last patch. No stream to discuss it. It came and went like nothing happened. No one is streaming it, talking about it, or cares. No 4v4 maps again.
Which is sad, since they made some headway with the last patch grabbing some players.
The Steam reviews are dropping again. They are a patch or two from abandonment. And they should drop it. They are not going to put in the work to make it Coh2 level. Which means they have captured as much of the market as they are going to when they released the big tank patch.

Came back recently after more than a year long break.
It is trash.
Infantry just dies even if retreated early. Everything is super squishy so that counter play (an early retreat) doesn't do anything in common situations.
The moment someone rushes a light vehicle (worst part of any coh game) the game becomes very lopsided. Add in wonky behaviour of units and you are better off playing coh2.
