I think just need to reduce Target size X20 to X16, Made by Light Tank hull TD.
and additionally give +15 Sight range at V3 with M8A1, M10, M36, Priest, Sexton, M3 Halftrack and M5 Halftrack.

Could try giving it tracking as a vet 1 instead of ambush. That actually let's it provide something should you build one and keep it alive.
Its not an awful td when it can be built,but it's window is so teeny tiny and it doesn't really scale....
