No the patch is gonna go live now that ML5 is finished (they said this week if everything goes well but things out of their control need to happen first).

Shit. Gonna be a shit patch. Still no 6-man Rifles, no bren LMG for Ass Guards, IL2 Loiters removed from way too many docs.

Not a Fan of the Removal of the Loiter abilities. Its not hard to make Anti Air Units but we have Company of Spam so anything that threaten the spam Meta Gets nerfed.
I don't think Rifleman need a 6 man squad. What would make more sense is if they cut the Reinforcement cost by significant amount.
They should bring back the Supply Yard from COH 1. For those not Familiar, at the end of the game US in COH 1 had an upgrade which would reduce the Upkeep of Units which represented the US coming into the war later than everyone else and was more easily able to reinforce compared to other factions.

Well then we'll have infantry that can be adapted for any situation cqc, at and long range like riflemen. Lends Lease has no of maps or super special ability so giving an elite infantry squad that can essentially cover any situation is good. +the cheapest upgrade is 70 muni, would love something cheaper like 45 muni bren guns.

iirc sander already mentioned somewhere that they're looking into this and the il-2 loiter is likely to be added to one or two doctrines.

I know, he said advanced warfare tactics was a candidate but no updates on that and he said it when it was still v2.

Count the number of tiger commanders vs is-2 commanders. Numbers don't really matter. What matters is the viability of all commanders.

Count the number of tiger commanders vs is-2 commanders. Numbers don't really matter. What matters is the viability of all commanders.
Count the number of commanders with heavy for both factions dude.
Ost: 2 ele + 4 tigers + 2 aces = 8 commanders with Heavy
Sov: 2 isu + 2 is2 + 2 kv2 + 3 kv1 = 9 commanders with Heavy

Osttruppen pretty much do the same in live too. You can't seriously say a difference of 1.2 dps from their lmg makes the OP. Do the test on live and you'll see it's a marginal improvement.

I was expecting a v4 too, but looking at the changes they seem mostly ok, perhaps a few minor things could be different:
-OKW: Opel Blitz instead of For The Fatherland in Fortifications doctrine, so pak43s and lefh18s can reinforce
-UKF: I would loved to see a 25 pounder emplacement in Advanced Emplacement doctrine, perhaps in place of Improved Fortification, along with an mg bunker
-Soviet: still unsure about the partisan doctrine rework, now partisans costing muni (tho they seem more durable, even if not mentioned), also spy network only working for the owner...
-Soviet and Ostheer: Rapid Conscription and Relief Infatry should be just completely replaced, they still seem like a waste
-Ostheer: Stuka Smoke instead of Panzer Tactician in Festung Armor, so they get some recon
-Ostheer: I would have preferred to have the arty barrage instead of mark target on the CP4
