If you want a sherman but better in every way just build a pershing.
E8 is not UP in any way, and adding more AI to it is senseless. If you want it to see play then the doctrine needs to provide better tools than heavy cav, which needs to have rangers and field defenses removed from it if rifle company is ever going to be an interesting choice without being ridiculously OP.

T34/85 is 800 health.

Also, T34/85 has better AI than Ez8.
That is incorrect, Easy8 used to have 640 HP actually and was buffed to 720.
(in addition T-34/85 mg DPS was an unintentional buff. )

Do what you did with ostwind, buff stats and increase price, and people will start using it.
Unless you make it ridiculously good than it wont be used much because Rifle Company overall is bad. No point in taking a meh doctrine for a decent tank when you can go for USF's much stronger doctrines.
