About time someone made one of these, thank you so much! This is extremely useful.

Relic logic

Kill some mans so you have enough combat experience to heal your comrades, fire at enemy planes, sprint cloak etc

Kill some tanks so you can turn your turret even faster!

Kill some folks so your barrage can fire even further

Kill some germans so you can fire AT nades at enemy tanks

What do you think Veterancy should be? Just a blanket 10% accuracy for every unit at every level, or what?

Infantry types (grens, PG's rifles, cons etc) vet

1: +10% to accuracy, received accuracy, damage, cooldown, reload, received suppression
2: +15% to all above
3: +20% to all above

(in total unit gets 45% to stats named above)

*from inf - means that adds X% stats like inf has

Pios/CE's

1: from inf +5%, +25% repair rate
2: from inf +10%, + 50% repair rate
3: from inf +15% + no damage taken from repairs

Snipers

1: +5% cooldown, reload, accuracy
2: +15% above
3: +15% above + 50% faster cloaking

MGs

1: 25% faster packup, setup +10% suppresion, +5% from inf
2: +10% suppresion, +10% from inf
3: +10% suppresion, +15% from inf

Mortars, stationary arty

1: -10% scatter, +5% from inf (except damage)
2: -10% scatter, +10% from inf (except damage)
3: -10% scatter, +15% from inf (except damage)

AT guns
1: +5% from inf(except damage), +10% gun rotation, +10% packup, setup, +10% penetration
2: +10% from inf(except damage), +10% gun rotation, +10% packup, setup +10% penetration
3: +15% from inf(except damage), +10% gun rotation, +10% packup, setup +10% penetration

Vehicles (Kubels, HT's, 222's etc)

1: +10% acc/dc, +10% accuracy, -15% moving accuracy penalty +10% sight
2: +15% acc/dc, +15% accuracy, -15% moving accuracy penalty +10% sight
3: +20% acc/dc, +20% accuracy, -15% moving accuracy penalty +10% sight

Arty Vehicles (like werfer, katyusha, Priest)

1: +10% acc/dc, -15% scatter, -15% recharge
2: +10% acc/dc, -15% scatter, -15% recharge
3: +10% acc/dc, -15% scatter, -15% recharge

Light tanks (T-70, Stuart, Luchs)

1:+10% acc/dc +10% sight +5%tank(accuracy, scatter, reload, moving acc penalty)
2:+10% acc/dc +10% sight +10%tank
3:+10% acc/dc +10% sight +15%tank

Medium Tanks

1:+10% acc/dc +10%tank +5% penetration
2:+10% acc/dc +15%tank +5% penetration
3:+10% acc/dc +20%tank +5% penetration

Heavy tanks

1: +10%tank +10% penetration
2: +15%tank +10% penetration
3: +20%tank +10% penetration

Why this makes logical?

inf gets better in all ways, from survival to killing,

Pios/CE's gets less bonuses but better repair skills,

MG's gets better in suppression and are harder to kill,

Mortars will be more accurate and harder to kill,

Snipers learned better to use scoped rifles, fire faster and with better accuracy and is better in cloaking,

paks turns and sets up faster, harder to kill and learned how to aim weak spots for better penetration.

Vehicles are used for light recon, gets faster, better accuracy when stationary and when on move

Arty Vehicles reloads faster, and fires with better precision

Light tanks are used as recon, gets worse crew bonuses than med or heavy tanks, better LoS

Medium tanks are standard tanks that gets good crew bonuses and speed ad little penetration

Heavy tanks gets best crew bonuses and better penetration

Relic vets for me are usually nonsense (vet 1 abilities or longer nade range?) :snfBarton:

typo: Conscripts' vet3 says "No long..." rather than "No longer..."

Also, I personally don't think Command Panther needs two columns, the auras already count as abilities. Just a matter of simplicity, really.

Hey,

Thanks for this great guide, I've been looking for this forever, and it's incredibly useful! I'm glad that someone is picking up the ball where Relic is dropping it. The one criticism I have is that it's missing the bulldozer sherman.

Thanks,
Anitlles

They haven't finished the heavy tank category yet. That'll be updated soon.

Hey, hey, waddya know! CE and pios do get combat bonuses after all! I'd always had my suspicions but everybody (including myself) pretty much seemed to take the in-game vet dialogue at its word.

This makes sense Barton but there is one downside to that. If you get your units vet up then they become extremely powerful which means that your opponent has no change of a comeback if you kill some of his units and he replaces them with new ones.
What i am saying is the vet units against none vet ones would be to unfair/unbalanced.
