Genuine major balance issues right now:
1. ISU and Elephant too dominant in team games and even 1v1
2. Soviet mines wiping squads
Whichever faction I play with, I lose when I play worse than my opponent and win when I play better. That's balance.

Peter, is there any chance at all you could hotfix ISU and Elephant?
Almost every team game is now absolutely dominated by these two units.
ISU counters everything. Elephant counters ISU.
I know you're focused on balancing the new armies and rightly so but this issue is really pressing.

I don't like instant-wiping in principle. I also think this is an unintended consequence of grenade adjustments so it's probably going to get fixed... |

Replace dive bombs in both doctrines with incendiary barrage or non-offmap and you got yourself something close to a solution. |

You wan't to change ISU-152 ability to shoot everything from extreme range? I am fine with that as long as YOU WOULD change Elephant in similar way.
This exactly what needs to happen. Both of these units have far too much impact on the game right now in 2v2+. |

Man, finding it quite frustrating now that every 2v2 we play seems to be ISU vs. Elephant battle. While the rest of the game is multidimensional and multiple strats are viable, if the enemy has Elephant/ISU you have to have Elephant/ISU yourself.
We saw the same thing in the ESL 2v2 cup over the weekend where teams were using ISU/Elephant even on close-quarter, shot-block-filled maps like Kharkov.
I think the role of these units has to be reduced somewhat.
P.S. Oddly, it's not just the units you need but the doctrines themselves. ISU comes with Guards (for button) + bomb drop and Elephant comes with recon + stuka. These doctrines need some rework as well as the units... |
Huge nerf but not overnerf. Ram should always have been a last-throw-of-the-dice kind of ability but because Soviet armor was so weak, it was almost the only counter to certain units.
Now the armor balance is better, the old style ram has no place in this game. |

I echo your sentiment regarding the Elephant. The thing has an obvious weakness in the anti-infantry department
