Let me burst that bubble of delusions and inform you that all other arty pieces are equally shit at max range and all mobile arty that can, ALWAYS SHOULD come as close as possible before unloading barrage, Katy being prime example here, where it wont even hit targetted sector if used from max range. But as long as the complete and total farce that the 222 taking damage from rifle fire remains, there will simply be no reason to use it, either against infantry or against light armor. We're right back to the overarching problem in CoH2: Axis units never pose a threat to Allies, but Allied units all pose extreme threats to Axis -- blatant bias/favoritism at its finest. Its not used, because its in ost T4, which isn't exactly easy to get every single game. Its considered bad by large majority of players, because large majority of players ARE bad and trying to use it at max range. In: COH2 Balance

Cost only 20mp more and cost less muni...but the guards are so much better vs all targets...its awefull how bad panzergrens are compared to guards. guards didn lose 2model vs panzergrens when the get schrecks...but guards schredd armor like panzergrens..wtf Apples vs oranges, also guards are not exactly a stock unit. Donno, does it make a difference to you if you get shot by beretta or luger? They all serve the exact same purpose and so does coh1 88 and coh2 pak43. Only difference here is one was for braindead people(I mained PE in coh1, just so you know) and another requires 3rd grader micro level. In: Lobby
