And bars are awesome provided you are in CC situations. but lmg's and assaults rifles are 2 completely different weapons. so i have no idea why you compare them Because its not meant to grant them huge advantage. You know, they are supposed to be more balanced. Muni income is not an argument, LMG is well worth 90 muni yet it costs 60-same 60 as Ost normal LMG that can't fire on the move and you need to get prone to fire it. In: COH2 Balance

Well, while balance lead is important, as long as its not the only balance dev, then they should have some common sense. Also, please post a little less vigorously? For the same reason they have used 480hp for jackson at the beginning when teller was still doing 500 dmg. For the same reason G43s on march deployment patch last year obliterated everything at all ranges. For the same reason KT had 425 armor and best USF AT had 160pen against it. For the same reason suppression fire of RETs could suppress effortlessly multiple squads and after nerf it could be renamed "please delete this squad now". For the same reason we had obers before the patch. For the same reason we had 4 G43 JLI squads with better DPS then fallshirms. For the same reason that made Stuka Close Air Support loiter a plane of doom which murders everything while it was meant to be AT strafe, when IL-2 loitering strafe was battered with nerf after nerf for exactly the same reason. Because they have some really clueless people working on balance who aren't smart enough to foresee most basic implications of their changes which leads to utter bullshit changes like we have with pretty much every single balance patch. Or MP44 etc. Same should be about Cons and Guards. And then again its not really different when used by cons or shocks(ppsh) or volks and pgrens(shrecks). But you're talking mostly about stock weapons and not upgrades. Pgrens stgs are no different then stormtroopers stgs, only scaling and cost is different and storms have unit value of 240, same as grens, yet use equally powerful stgs like pgrens. In: COH2 Balance

Sprint was the biggest offender in its survivability since sniper wars were never intended to exist in coh2. In: Lobby
