It's not the same one from the first CoH, which was the Mk IV which had a 57mm on it. This one is the Mk VII which had a 75mm gun better than the 75 on Sherman's.
MKVII also had much more armor then MKIV. More armor then tiger in fact.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Woa where is the poll option to further increase its suppression? Biased poll! Since all that freedom have blocked you some synapses, the relevance is cost effectiveness. If you have 2 units of same role, one with superior stats and lesser cost then another, you have a cost efficiency imbalance. In: COH2 Balance |

Well, it reloads faster and can't be skillplaned because allies have just a single doc with recon and bombing run. I'd call that incomparable survivability advantage as its pretty much uncounterable if you're not going for this single ISU doc. In: COH2 Balance |

It needs a damage upgrade, hitting close to units and just tickling them. It needs to land direct hits to accomplish anything. Not worth 600 mp Welcome to "soviet mortar" world. Enjoy your stay, because thing will change. In: COH2 Balance |

Its fine Unless you're buying at least five of them, then cost increase is 100% offset by bonus starting menpower. Build time increase is irrelevant, because first one requires less time to hit the field and 2nd one arrives at pretty much the same time as before due to standard menpower limitations of early game. Its still cheaper and better at literally everything then .50 cal. Just wanted to put that here for you. In: COH2 Balance |

Not really important. There are multiple units of same cost/role where one side have them better then another. USF MHT vs ost MHT? Grens scaling vs cons? ZiS-3 vs PaK40. ML-20 vs LeFH vs B4. 81mm vs 82mm. Katy vs pwerfer. Tiger vs IS-2. Sniper vs scout sniper. One is always better, none of them is equal to its counterpart. Sometimes axis one is better and when allied one is better its not imbalance in any way. The only valid question is-does the unit perform ok in the given role. For the most part the answer is yes. Speaking of being retarded... relic have stated multiple times, ever since game was released that multiplayer happens on 1944-45 for soviets and ostheer. Its campaign and ToW that covers early war. If he is certifiable retarded, then let me reassure you that you don't really have to level with him since you're there already with 3 stars of vet. In: COH2 Gameplay |
