Marketing doesn't have to be loved, it have to work and make people buy. Its irrelevant what people THINK or SAY as long as the statistics of active players and sells are going UP. No amount of forum feedback will ever work, hell I'm surprised it worked with coh2 after ET and SI docs, but since its back now, it means it works. The ONLY thing that companies understand is money, therefore if you want to speak up that you don't like something, you need to speak up with your wallet by not opening it, you also need to convince huge enough customer base to do the same, otherwise you'll go unheard. Thread: British Emplacements25 Nov 2015, 13:16 PM Jump back to quoted post25 Nov 2015, 13:11 PMNabarxos a tip the mortar pit has 2 mortars with very good range BUT both mortars never hit the same target most of the time(nothing like 2 regular mortars) its also easy to hit them duo to their size The mortars perform well and can pack a punch hard. There is nothing wrong with emplacements firepower really, its the modifiers vs explosives that are really harsh here. In: COH2 Balance

The KT still costs more than the other heavy tank, fuel wise and tech wise. You sure the issue isn't T4 level unit for T3 tech costs for OKW? looks at brits and comet place Previously the excuse was good-OKW couldn't get as many vehices as other armies, so they had easier access to more powerful tanks. The panther timing and "spammability" for OKW will cause balance issues now that penalties are gone. By the time Ost will have their panther, OKW will be close to 2nd one, comet also arrives considerably later, USF and sov have nothing to compare to panther in their T3 and T4. In: COH2 Balance

I once had a frontal slugging match up close with the KT VS the croc, KT won with 1/5 health left ... The brit guy didn't reverse 'cause it really looked like at one point that the Croc is goin' to win. Not to mention that the Croc rolled over Pak, raketen, some grens and my shreck "blob" of 2 Volks, burned a few bunkers etc. before I drove my fresh KT to save the collapse, only to find out that the thing isn't much afraid of the KT as well. One really must wonder why it's getting nerf after nerf. 1400 hp and 240 armor urability + 80dmg and 105-135 pen on ~6s reload offensive power vs 1280 hp and 375 armor + 240dmg and 200+ pen on ~6-7s reload. Either you're most unlucky player in the whole coh2 history(possibly the gaming history) or most blind one who didn't see the wall of AT behind the crock. Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts. In: COH2 Balance

They saw "piat killing bunker' only without that important qualifier. Its ok though, these things happen And you haven't seen multiple times mentioned part about ALL AT weapons doing this except for PTRS, which lack mandatory burst. In: COH2 Balance

But still, 150MP+60ammo is noting when compare to allies and their MP/Fuel upgrades. True, but its still something compared to OKW, which gets the same thing for, well, free, because no other reason then being OKW. OKW still have cheapest teching, some of the most powerful units, best scaling, free benefits with tech and no disadvantage on the preview as new volks now cover much better the only okw disadvantage-weak early game AI. I don't think they need even more bonuses and free stuff when we have resource handicapped faction like UKF that can't even get proper map control early game. At least USF covers for rifle cost with officer unit during tech, but as you've said, they still have hefty side costs to pay. In: COH2 Balance
