By now I am sure every allied player is dealing with Close Air Support doctrine in large multilayer games. Wanted to put a public service announcement out there. Get a USF AA HT to vet 1, flip its ass towards the incoming plane and put it into dedicated anti-aircraft mode. It will shoot all strafe runs down, some (not) all recon flights, and do absolutely nothing against the Stuka bombing run.
PS: If you are using the Soviet AA H/T, you're screwed.
I wish relic would visit Paradox and learn from them how to talk to the community. Developer diaries, a big forum presence and huge patches (with complete patch notes).
Read above. It is part of their corporate culture. When I was there I brought up the CCP Games community as an example. We the community can work away at them bit by bit.
Judging from Napalms recent threads, I call shenanigans, someone @ Relic is asking him to survey the Coh2.org community on some things whilst keeping some distance from it
A bit odd and bs that Relic employees would have to take that route, but its better then nothing I suppose!
I'm running those threads in order to help build some bridges and to create clarity where there is none. I wasn't asked to do so. Ammunition for my next visit maybe?
