Thread: Which bulletins do you pick?23 Dec 2013, 19:38 PM Bulletins are really as insignificant as they seem, sometimes I even take bulletins for units I wont use to throw off my enemy - lol one mad guy accused me of being a manipulative asshole because he built wrong counters That being said, the infantry bulletins are a solid choice, as Soviet I mostly run with 3 conscript bulletins. Thread: Opening Soviets Without Conscript Spam20 Dec 2013, 02:41 AM Any suggestions? I have for a while now been playing with T1 and sniper, but I have trouble opening with it. It seems the more I deviate from meta 4-5 conscripts the weaker I get, and I am bored of out of my mind from building conscripts. So final questions is how to get by with fewer conscripts? tips? as a side note I was thinking what would happen if Sovie T1 would get decrease in cost to what Germans get? don't you think it would add allot of variety to their play without adding much imbalance? ST or hmg will probably counter this baserush but if the enemy doesnot bring them, you will probably win the game. Lol, so evil. I will try this tomorrow.
