If you want proper guidance, you must have a replay for other to analyse. 
How was the mp war (spenditure, attrition)
How aggresive/passive you were. 
Veterancy levels
Munition spenditure
Army composition
You can't really make an analysis by only taking into account your side of the story. You tend to miss lots of things happening which can only be seen  on a replay.

						IR STG all the way.  Does not negate cover. Does in the ballpark of open damage against light cover and does in the ballpark of light cover damage against heavy cover and garrisons, and finally heavy cover damage against trenches. Hard countered by PPSH cons for some reason in my experience. Not exactly. But it's also not precise saying it just negates cover. Light/Heavy cover gives 0.5 accuracy bonus, and garrison 0.55. STG acc modifier is set at 0.9. Damage modifiers remain. IIRC they also grant +25 camo detection.  In: Lobby  |

Wild guess is that high rank/people who knows how to crush/good micro to press retreat are on one group ![]() Valentine could see crush removed, M10/Cromwell could see crush reduced to T34/PIV levels. 						SO. MUCH. FACTS. WRONG.  OH, SU, USF mortars (including HT versions), Pack Howie on AA > 80 range 120mm and ISG > 100 Mortar pit > 115 Pack howie (3 shells) barrage > 160 So if you are not counter-battering ISG as soon as they show up, you are doing it wrong. What about vet? Vet1 -ISG > 105 Vet3 -SU barrage > 104 -OH, USF mortar (including HT) barrage, Pack Howie AA (if vet guide is correct) > 106 -120mm barrage > 130 -ISG barrage (which sucks) > 133 Only at vet3 and with barrage, a mortar pit would get outranged by ISG. And everyone knows, that if you want to kill an emplacement, you need to do so with attack ground/AA. ISG trades 20 range n accuracy for poor barrage, AOE, anti garrison capabilities, retreat n lack of smoke.  In: COH2 Balance  |

 If you know how to implement it or know someone who can do it, you are free to post it here. Meanwhile, we already have a manual reload function implemented on Mirage's mod. Im not sure what you mean about the build-able flaks, are they simply not AA or weaker in general? Base flak bunkers are stronger than build-able ones. 						I don't know the level of differences between the OKW and OH Tanks but isn't this somewhat covered in the expense of their vehicles? 25 more fuel for both p4 and panthers. PIV comes with skirts (vet2 from OH), OKW PV IIRC has better mgs and accuracy on the move. PLUS both have better vet (including vet1 combat blitz). Also, OKW has a dynamic that almost requires being fully teched out (t3>t2>t4), as where OH can skip t3. In this senario it's okw (560/230) vs OH (420/215). USF skipping cap is (520/205). I'm not going to try the Brits because I don't know the flow, but SOV do get screwed. You are still skipping 150mp + 60muni for healing for OH. I'm not sure how you got those numbers as USF (mp wise). @Rappy if we want the whole picutre: OKW: T1 + T3 and T1 + T2 (with call in, specially C. PV) are also realistically options. T2 + T3, specially for teamgames, is possible as you rely on teammates healing. SU: T1 and skipping T2 all together doesn't seem possible unless teamgames. OH: i don't see people skipping T2 at all, and i think those who skip T1 in favor of a more aggresive Osstruppen or Pios+MG+222 will back tech later on. OH can play as well without any T3 or T4 at all (call in). USF: LT + Cpt + Major is not weird at all. LT + Cpt into call ins is also an option. UKF: the only faction which can realistically survive without the upgrades till really late game (no one gets nades, 5th guy or weapons are not a must early and Bofor/Aec are optional leading to fast cromwell strats)  In: COH2 Balance  |
