Nah, that's only the crew having inherently 1.25 size. When you crew you skipped that part (that's why reinforcing is cheaper when doing so with the original crew). ALL MGs sucks against several late game vet 3 infantry with/without upgrades when running through yellow cover (craters). It's like it's 2015 all over again if we discussed this thing. MG's don't counter blobs on their own, if they don't have anything to screen for them cause they get focus fired. Even if a unit is suppressed, have enough of them and they will kill whatever is in front (suppression is like cutting down to 25% the DPS) In: Lobby |

Also, I find extremely annoying the fact that if there are two targets in the firing arc and you manage to suppress one squad while the other is trying to get past the cone,and you try to click on the other squad but misclick due to the fact that the squad was moving, the mg packs up. I'm sure everyone has had this infuriating experience and I'd say a good way to change it is to allow a secondary method of target selection for mgs. Borrow the directional tulip shooting mechanic from the Firefly. This will no longer require you to click on a moving squad. Attack command instead of just right click. TBH, it's not about the resources but about denying the weapons. I voted for no, because i don't think it's necessary for balance and right now there's no time to test it. What i would rather have (this is from when OKW was reworked) is having the resource conversion on the Thinking a bit about it this is what i'll like: -T3 for OKW is split in 2. Gun upgrade and PIV/PV are locked behind 2/3 of the current price of the tech. Obers n JPIV can arrive earlier. -After 2 trucks have been deployed, mech HQ has access to resource conversion, maybe after getting engineers as a package. You can get T1 + T2 and accelerate your way into T3. I put the 2 truck deployed rule, in order to avoid just rushing mediums with T2 deployed. -25/30mp per min for either: 4f or 8mu. Cost is been thought with more or less a 10min return comparison with a normal cache and the risks involved with it (cost/return, initial inversion + opportunity cost of engineers). This way you still have "pseudo" caches for 1v1 and it doesn't affect the economy of teamgames as it would be like Opel blitz, which only affects the one using it. In: COH2 Balance |

Couple of post invis. Mod /off Several Greyhound (+3) and an M20 got pwn by a Puma + P2 combo. The Puma only died because it kept scouting the map without sweepers and at 10% health. Hans could basically end the game really soon if he didn't waste popcap + mp on recrewing all the MGs against a basically no rifleman army (4 hmg against 2/3 zook rifles?). Hetzer is just as bad/situational as the KV8 at the moment. He basically played without commander the whole game. Also questionable decision on going for PV when there's no whatsoever high armor threat to deal with. Greyhound cost slightly more than the P2 (mp wise) for lesser AI capabilities and barely higher AT capabilities. It needs to spend munition on top of munition to do something (HMG upgrade and canister). "But the vet5 P2 lost against the vet3 Greyhound!". Yeah because it was at 3/4 HP and got jumped on and RNG was in his favour. About the Jackson, using HVAP AND been vet2, managed to kite a KT which was base rushing a base over open space without any kind of support. Wow. NOW, the only good thing i kinda can take out of this thread is: what's the supposed damage the HVAP is meant to be doing.
