Some vehicles that could really need help:
- M20. The manpower cost (340) is way too high. I know that the MP cost is there to prevent free officer + LV rush. However, for USF that could be fixed by offsetting some of the MP cost to the LT/Cpt upgrade. The m20 needs to be viable to build in the lategame due to sight utility/mines that no other stock unit can offer.
Let the manpower cost as it is and remove the munition cost for the M20 side skirts. He should be better spawn with the skirts imo.
OKW MG 42 is big shit, if you do not think so, you are noob.
Katyusha,Priest,Land Mattress, sherman Calliope.....all that's twice as good one fucking stuka.
COmet is better then panter. multi-purpose tank.
Allies have twice the light vehicles.
By reading this you have written seems to me like it was written by a noob with 10 hours of gameplay.
Oh...
Oh boy....
OKW is using the MG34.
The Stuka is really good [wiping support teams(without the Katyusha, everythink else is doctrinal)]
I agree with you that the comet is a better allrounder than the panther(not the command panther)
OKW also have light vehicles and ostheer as well.
sign in to vote?! COME ON
I never had any problems with light vehicles to be honest.
On my list are the USF mortar, double lmgs for brits & USF, wehrmacht infantry and the lack of viable commanders (especially wehrmacht)
I´m buffing my own thread. Yes, I´m that kind of person.
Just got steamrolled by dual Penal spam into Guards on Ettelbrück Station. No chance to beat this as double OKW. There was no way the Penals could be pushed out of the buildings and we were pretty much stuck in our base.
The other day we were beaten on Hamlet by a guy building 4 Maxims and a US player spamming mortars. Despite three LeIGs we lost the artillery game.
It´s simply not possible to win versus a competent Allied team. One mistake and you are finished.
Is there any serious announcement that a balance patch is on the way - other than that half assed statement that they hope to some day maybe bring one out? If not, I see little hope for this game to stay relevant.
dont play ettelbrück & hamlet both maps are terrible
but yeah penals on city maps are horrible to play against
Microing MG's could work. I guess the set it and forget it strat isn't the meta anymore. Counter mortar sounds like a good plan to me as well. Seems like a non issue. You just have to move units and play I guess, like most RTS games.
