Does anybody remember how people countered artillery in COH 1?, rush a scouting unit near it and drop a firestorm/V1/200m rocket barrage on it, the same way Allies called in artillery strikes on flak 88's, but they didint always die to it
It seems to me like Wehr has to make a decision between T3 and T4 now (since the builidings are more expenseive) while Soviets have to tech T3 and T4. Relic stated that they disliked the binary approach of Soviets, but now we have a somewhat binary approach to Wehrmacht. Or am I missing something?
Well Ostheer has usually had only T3 or T4 on the field, so i dont think this changes much
in World in Conflict most units are just copies of eachother, and COH 2 has so many different units that you cant always predict that who is going to win due to RNG and different gun stats
How about we bring back the Flame halftrack´s damage lvl´s back to the BETA period with both flamers having 20dmg, it would work like the original KV-8 but it would not have the crazy VET 2 armor bonus that made it almost impossible to kill, that way it could be a serious threat to infantry but still die to mass AT in a single volley, a real class cannon that could wipe retreating units in seconds!
HHHmmm Conscripts have Trench build voice files stored in their unit file, maybe replace the soviet sandbags with the "Trench" that the Ostheer can build with certain doctrines, it can be garrisoned by maxims & 120mm mortars then
The difference between Soviet and OKW sandbags is that the OKW sandbags can get VET 5
But remember when Ostheer spammed bunkers everywhere and their hp was nerfed, maybe nerfing hp is a good thing for Conscript sandbags aswell, or just make all units take extra damage when buildings sandbags/bunkers
