soviet and US demo charge can now be manually targeted, with 1 armor and 40 hp. (vulnerable to small arms)

Mods must be played in custom game, although only the host need the mod. Everyone else in the lobby will automatically subscribe to the mod.
please direct your comments in this thread or on the workshop page itself. For now I've intentionally left the armor untouched with the exception of the m10. I would like to see how the early and mid changes to the pack howizter, lmg42, obersoldeten affect the late game before moving ahead.
