But if you want my point of view, even in team games, the okw flak is easy to destroy because only sturm can repair it and are very weak while doing that. a single 120 mm mortar can get rid of a flak HT, and if you get countered by leifh then you can reinforce your squad with cons/m3 halftrack. Prior to now, there was no alternative. The player either decides to not play or play and run the cancer gauntlet. Its like battered spouse syndrome where the victim cannot imagine a better life because the present seems the norm. I just had a game, where, with the game in the balance the fking usf morter in the space of 40 secs wiped 2 squads and decimated a third which wasn't even near the fight or stationary. Then when I flanked with the scout car, the morter just packed up and pissed off home with no casualties. The entire future of this franchise hangs on the hope that the mod team can turn things around. If relic screw this patch through incompetence or arrogance then it is surely gg. coh2 without relic would have been so damn good, now we got to rely on community patch to fix their mess but how long will it take ? WBP is only a first steap (considering relic manage to put it in game without major issue), they still need at least one more balance patch like that to make this game great. By the time it's done, much better coh2-like game will have been released. In: COH2 Gameplay

I was putting all my hopes in DOW3, but after playing the beta i think i will pass on it. did same that you but unfortunately i stoped only 2 month ago, i can only suggest you to wait and come back in 5 days to see if it's worth it or not. even if it's a community patch, it's still relic making it and they have shown to be very poor at doing it. I can also suggest you to check out Steel divisions normandy 44 which is coh2 like but with a better developper and more tactical. In: Lobby

The problem was rather, that no feedback except 20000 word posts with peer reviewed, scientific studies were considered acceptable. Which is quite funny, considering the reasoning for any of the changes is based on "we try", "we want to", or "attempt to". i am speaking on the amount of "valuable" and "usefull" feedback. I saw too the huge thread for WBP but most of it was garbage. Everytime someone said something on balance, he wouldn't provide any replay to give credibility to its point of view. That was quite laughable actually, the wbp feedback thread was more than 20 pages, but the REPLAY thread on WBP was only 2 pages In: COH2 Gameplay

I remember Smith complaining about the lack of feedback, and when i used to play coh2, couldn't find a single WBP game during hours. to resume, you could have moove your *ss before and it would actually have an impact but now, it's a bit too late.
