This is rushing a unit we're talking about. Bumping okw fuel so they can rush a unit faster while ignoring the other bonuses included in their teching is Ludacris. Also the sturm 3 aoe heals anywhere on the map is no comparable to a single weapon slot weapon. Not. Even. Close. Crates are not the most effecient (well, 15mu to potentially heal your entire army only seems ineffecient because of brits stupid mega effecient healing) but the flexibility afforded by your starting unit being able to patch up your army on the front in undeniably incredible. Thread: What if OKW had standard starting resources?12 May 2019, 22:56 PM the minimum fuel equation is inherently skewed in okws favour also because they get all their volks power spikes by first truck. minimum fuel for okw includes snare, garrison denial and weapon upgrades (and access to an mg i guess. minimum fuel for usf skips healing, skips grenades, skips weapons... rushing for the allies is a choice with trade offs, as okw its just good business and leaves nothing by the way side In: COH2 Balance

THE OP wants to mitigate damage loss when dropping models by stacking 2 models and having 2 lesser models that when full health would deal she same damage. Basicly we have the damage now being (gunna use arbitrary round numbers) 10 x 4 = 40 Losing a model brings it to 30 Another to 20 Ops idea is (13x2)+(7x2)=40 Losing the first model brings it to 33 Another to 26 They want to preserve some of the dps via losses In: COH2 Balance

Only UKF have to upgrade IS using muni only once, but IS are their mainline inf and starting squad. As you know, OST have to build the bunker and OKW has to go T1 or waste muni on those crates. Its not an advantage of axis what you mention but a limitation. "waste" muni on 3 aoe heals anywhere on the map? You want WASTE check out the society's 250mp for 3 medics, locked in base, that have to touch the model to heal them (and get pathing-ed) when they are already the least MP effecient faction around with 160mp needed to dump in their 1st building and 300mp to have infantry The crates are a wonderful stop gap and great to have the option to have. I said I think OKW having 15 more FU and 100 less MP at the start could improve its matchups with other factions. Most certainly wouldn't improve matchup. Only being able to match instead of outproduce the enemy in exchange for faster snares, STGs and lava nades would not be good. In: COH2 Balance

I only use it in a combat role in emergencies, it just isn't worth it otherwise. Its pretty solid for rapid response fire support. It's too bad that the Soviet need t3 to have a Supression platform, but it does fill that role pretty well. In: COH2 Balance

The "Incendary Rounds" does not kill UC in one burst btw. Requires 2-3 bursts. It is definitely good although it causes a delay upon activation... Sin e we are already off topic here and talking about 260mp machine guns. I love how the mg42 vet 1 locks it in as the undeniable king of mgs, but the maxims (also requiring vet 1 and a reload) instead of something awesome like "double damage and 10x the pen allowing it to melt light vehicles" gets "if you don't move you can pretend you are an mg34 for a little bit" In: COH2 Balance
