All rocket artillery have 160 health. Why does this halftrack have double the health?

for target size allied vehicle are generally smaller and so have lower target size (more chance to dodge shells)

over all Sherman is still the best cause ti has 0.75 moving acc instead of 0.5, self repairs, smoke, etc

True. I'm aware. I don't see any better solution. Imo it's not bad. It would be clear and very different vehicle category. Target size seems okish but would be too rng dependent.

increase reload add 40 deflection damage ? so against heavy u always deal damage but it's a irrelevant vs low armor target

You forgot about the part, where it HALVES current muni income.
If you have 2 tanks using it, you have 1/4 of muni income for the duration and so on, so its cost is much higher then initial 35 as well as grows exponentially with more tanks using it.

in quite sure they removed the munition reduction ,ask Sanders
