I don't think so, it has poor range, it has virtually no armor, even su76 can reliably pen it and it is slow. I think it needs some changes, but not to the point where it can 1v5 usf at guns, like before.

I agree that medium should have 100% chance to penetrate ass of any heavy tank, but.... It's impossible to implement (I mean, it is possible but CoH2 is far behind WW2 games even from 2005 in that matter )
Side armor
Wanna 100% chance to penetrae rear? Then rear must be ONLY rear, not half of the tank. But the same way, sides and front cannot be front armor.
That's why there should be front armor, side armor with value of current rear, and truly shitty rear armor.

Armor buff will again create RNG problems with bouncing.I feel better option will be to increase speed modestly and give it 5 more range to 50.
Most of the time i feel king tiger can't even shoot back due to poor gun range and shit speed and is killed without firing a single shot in retaliation(OKW lacking 60 armor pak AT gun,and huge fuel cost usually means no supporting JP4).
Its speed also means it can't escape at all from bombing runs and is usually destroyed/near destroyed.
