Thread: Universal carrier suppression bug.14 Dec 2015, 20:11 PM I've had this happen to me several times as well. (Ability abruptly stopping after activating it). Far as I can remember it seemed to happen if 1. I told UC to attack the targeted squad after activating ability (not sure if intentional to cause this to stop ability) 2. Facing of the UC or distance to target - if you try to use the ability if the the UC is facing away or too far away then cooldown will trigger but ability won't. My PC is currently in for repair but I'll try to reproduce it when I get it back if nobody else has before that. In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: The inconsistent performance of Piats14 Dec 2015, 15:31 PM Not sure about the AOE idea... it would have to be implemented well or else PIATs might become too good as AI (might function as mini grenades?) Might be hard to implement too little splash and they are still useless too big and it's just constant AOE on squads. Currently circle strafe and you've got PIATs defeated. I think this is a fair compromise. As I do agree with Doggy that you can't make them too accurate or else they would absolutely rape Mediums and Heavies. Not sure this is feasible programming wise but I'd settle for a munitions ability that any PIAT equipped squad could fire an "Aimed Shot" that either tracks or has better Accuracy. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: What happened to the M8 Scott?13 Dec 2015, 03:37 AM Personally I almost never get one because as USF because AT is usually such a concern - it's hard to rely on Zooks and AT guns and I find fuel is usually better spent on a Sherman or Jackson (that and usually Rifleman/Rangers/Pak Howie is usually enough AI). Scott doesn't perform badly per se but its not enough of a game changer to buy often except in certain situations such as on Langresaya or a stale-mated Minsk Pocket where the map lets you park your Scott in a relatively safe location to break a dug-in opponent. Otherwise its easier to just use a Sherman's HE shells and have the versatility to also have decent AT. In: COH2 Balance

Not even a single shell hit it Did you try adding water to it? I'm pretty sure with concentrated stuff you need to add some H20 first before you get the most out of it In: COH2 Balance
Thread: OKW Panzerschreck12 Dec 2015, 17:36 PM Solid idea, I like it but maybe combined with moving Shreks to Strumpios. Every faction has handheld AT and OKW should have it in some fashion. I think SPs are better than Obers since Obers come so late and are so expensive already In: COH2 Gameplay

And have it have mine sweepers via upgrade. During the Preview patch I suggested that the capping work like Soviet Vet 1 on tanks where you had to disable main gun in order to cap. For how dirt cheap Kubel is I think it's a fair trade-off but eh. In: COH2 Balance
