Even through its cost more than the elephant, it should not be as orientated no way near as the elephant (I was not around when the ISU was Op but I have read enough comments lol).
Im all up for a small pen buff because its current pen means a panzer 4 with armor skirts can bounce a ISU AP round.
If the value of pen is higher than the value of armor than it will always pen.
Panzer 4 front armor is 234 therefor making it possible to bounce a ISU AP round (i have a clip if you dont believe me).

Im comparing it to its resource value as it does cost alot (720mp 260 fuel, locked until you reach cp 14.)
For those that dont know, the ISU concrete piercing round can go through buildings as well as be-able to be fired without sight. This has a pen value of 350 and the SAME damage (240), I do think through it should deal 320 damage as it does cost 70 muni to fire once as well as it has to be aimed.
P.s I dont think the concrete round has the pen value if you have HE rounds active, anyone can find out please?

Ok so I always play 2v2 so not sure if im able to comment on true balance but after coming back to the game after 12 months things ive noticed about Ostheer... Cromwell has less armor than the panzer 4 as well as the same pen value. The Tiger has better accuracy and reload time while the IS 2 has a larger splash damage and better armor (which is needed since it goes up against superior At, at-lease hand held). Both have trade offs and very similar pen values. Did you see the match between Cuzz and Luvnest last sunday? A counter to maxim spam. Im just saying S##t happens, this game has some horrific RNG especially this one time (people on the official forums may know what im saying). In: COH2 Balance |

Just a suggestion. Why not jusf give it an ability to switch between AA and ground forces? For example, if I want it to target aircraft as well I have to switch to AA mode. This reduces the range it can fire at ground forces. If it is targeting ground forces only, the range is increased. In: COH2 Balance |

I dont think I need to point out to you the reason why the Pershing crew cannot disembark, its done on purpose so players cannot call off another Pershing upon disembarking the crew so that the heavy limit could not be exploited, not because relic have a problem with disembarking and crew repair as a whole. What you are proposing to be changed is just not worth the hassle. If it was game breaking perhaps, but its not so leave it. In: COH2 Gameplay |

OKW panzer 4s armor bulitins stack I believe and all three grants the panzer the front armor value of the KV1 (befor: 234, after:269 , KV1:270. I dont support this idea to a point. I wouldn't mind heavy artillery having a chance to abandon vehicals at a certain amount of health. Gives static artillery a decent buff. Repair critical: Err, I dont see this as a major issue nor even a minor one. This just seems unnecessary and a pointless nerf. I dont see how its become suddenly OP like what? No direct control over vehicle crew: A straight up no. One nice function I know is that a more vet crew can improve a vehicle upon re-crewing e.g I once placed a vet 3 caption in a abandon panther and the panther became a vet 2. This would also screw up every USF infantry ability to disembark vehicles further more, the Thompson upgrade in armor company would become pointless. Pop cap: Has been said its a intended feature. Overall, your talking about reworking the disembark ability for all US infantry and the Thompson upgrade for armor company. The increase price for the repair critical can happen (and would be pointless) but everything else requires to be reworked as well as being such a small issue its not worth the time. Nothing is wrong with the Comet at all, everyone is quite content to see the Comet used more frequently now. You just seem like you had a bad experience and cried nerf, I feel that way sometimes to be honust (I only play team modes) but its just because they out-played you in that game, does not determine if anything needs a nerf or buff and certainly the Comet needs iver. War spoils is a huge bane in this game. The game will never go anywhere with its rewarding system that frustrates us players every time you receive a duplicate of the same item (more than three times) and a commander you already have. The war spoils system is suppose to reward the player for playing the game however instead, is agonizingly painful to a point were I wish this idea of bulletins was scrapped and commanders were rewarded through some form of commendations which you yourself can strive to achieve. I like the idea of time credits (and more rewarded for campaign and theater of war missions). I do also dont see why they cant lock bulletins and commander duplicates to an amount and just allow any duplicates over the locked amount to be re-shuffled till they full into a spot where they havnt capped that amount (to prevent people from people from re-shuffling to get the best bulletins-commander). If not that, at-lease make a number of hours were you are guaranteed a uncommon and rare bulletin or commander. In this current state (which I understand has been since launch- I can hardly believe people put up with this) if this game ever gets big, so will the hate of this system which would fall to Relic.
