Its a really close match up when expert players face each other. I would say allies have an edge. With the new brits and their superstrong off maps. And stuff like Soviet mark target, USF having no popcap (still working as intended ) is REALLY strong (10 740hp Easy8's? Kappa). Axis will need to have a clear gameplan vs this.
