The only improvement i have seen is that you can now switch to windowed mode/alt tab without any freezes or blackscreens. No problems here..... Do you even use start options? Alt tabbing and making it borderless etc. is in the game since release and really easy to add. I use the following start options: -nomovies -window -fullwindow -forceactive In: Lobby
